By using GuardPay, you automatically accept all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. GuardPay is an autonomous software protocol and not a financial institution. No party, including the GuardPay team, shall have the ability to access your funds except in accordance with the conditions encoded in the smart contract.
This Agreement is entered into between GuardPay — an autonomous protocol on the TRON blockchain — and the User — any individual or entity utilizing the service.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Smart contract | An autonomous program on the TRON blockchain that executes without the intervention of third parties |
| Escrow | Conditional deposit — funds are locked until the conditions of the deal are fulfilled |
| Initiator | The party that creates the deal and deposits funds into the smart contract |
| Counterparty | The party that joins the deal and undertakes to fulfill its conditions |
| USDT TRC-20 | Tether stablecoin on the TRON blockchain, the primary currency of GuardPay |
| Deadlock | A situation in which the parties are unable to agree on the completion of a deal |
Use of GuardPay constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement at the moment of:
A deal is always created by the Initiator — the party depositing the funds. The Counterparty joins via a link.
GuardPay is governed by a smart contract and an AI arbitrator. In the event of a disagreement, either party may open a dispute: Claude AI shall interview both parties and render a verdict automatically. After 180 days of complete inactivity, funds are transferred to a charitable fund.
| Deal Amount | Fee | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Up to $50 | $2.00 flat | $30 deal, $2 fee, $32 total |
| $50 — $500 | 2.0% | $200 deal, $4 fee, $204 total |
| $500 — $5,000 | 1.0% | $1,000 deal, $10 fee, $1,010 total |
| Over $5,000 | 0.5% | $10,000 deal, $50 fee, $10,050 total |
| Cancellation | 50% of fee paid | $1,000 deal, $10 fee, $5 refunded (remaining 50% covers TRON gas) |
| KYC | Never | Anonymity guaranteed |
When creating a deal, the Initiator selects how the service fee is allocated:
| Option | Initiator Pays | Counterparty Pays |
|---|---|---|
| I pay all (default) | 100% of fee | Receives the full amount |
| 50 / 50 | 50% of fee | 50% of fee deducted from payout |
| Counterparty pays all | 0% | 100% of fee deducted from payout |
For example, a $1,000 deal with a 1% fee = $10:
• Initiator pays all: Counterparty receives $1,000
• 50/50: Counterparty receives $995, Initiator saves $5
• Counterparty pays all: Counterparty receives $990
GuardPay does not manually adjudicate disputes — that is the function of the AI arbitrator. The sole case in which technical support may intervene is the re-issuance of access upon complete loss of keys.
No less than 30 calendar days shall have elapsed since the creation of the deal.
The Counterparty shall expressly confirm consent through the official GuardPay channel. The Counterparty may decline without explanation.
Former Telegram ID, deal correspondence, cryptographic proof of ownership of the former wallet (signed message), government-issued identity document, and new wallet address.
Verification of document authenticity and the absence of fraud. The verification period is up to 30 business days.
If the private key or seed phrase is lost, cryptographic proof of ownership is impossible. The recovery procedure shall not be available. Store your seed phrase in a physically secure location.
