Anti-Money Laundering — combating money laundering and terrorist financing
GuardPay categorically prohibits the use of the protocol for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions shall result in immediate blocking and the transmission of data to the appropriate authorities.
GuardPay is a smart contract protocol operating on the public TRON blockchain. The blockchain nature of the protocol ensures inescapable traceability: every transaction is permanently recorded in the public ledger and available for analysis by anyone.
Every transaction contains wallet addresses, exact amounts, transaction hashes, and smart contract events — all visible on TronScan. Specialized analytics companies can identify associated addresses.
It is technically impossible to delete a transaction from the blockchain. Any attempt to use GuardPay to “clean” funds creates additional on-chain evidence.
GuardPay acts in accordance with applicable law upon receipt of official lawful requests.
The User assumes full personal responsibility for the lawful origin of funds, compliance with applicable laws, and consequences of using GuardPay in violation of this policy. Ignorance of this policy shall not exempt the User from liability.
